If you have already made a purchase at DotFlowers.com, you are automatically registered as a member. Otherwise, you can click on the "My Account" or "Login" icon at the top of every page to create a new account. As a registered member, you will have full access to all our member benefits, including:
- Special Offers: Everybody loves a sweet deal! As a Dot Flowers member, you'll receive coupons via email and updates on new promotions you simply won't want to miss.
- Your Order History: Can't remember the name of that beautiful bouquet you sent to your sister that your aunt totally adored? Need some info for the tax man? Don't want to send the same arrangement twice? Dot Flowers' members have 24/7 access to their order history, so you'll never have to wait or wonder.
- Address Book: Members can fly through the checkout process using our address book, which securely stores all of your recipient contact information. You won't have to call your mother again to find out if Granny's zip code is 60563 or 60562 ñ just tell us once and we'll remember it for you.
- Member Newsletter: Receive reminders of upcoming holidays, great gift suggestions, and fascinating flower facts by signing up for our Member Newsletter. From Sweetest Day to Secretary's Day, our newsletter is a great way to take the sting out of those hard to remember holidays.
- Bee Friends: Our Bee Friends program makes it easy for people to connect with you through flowers, using only your email address. After you've registered, anyone who knows your email address can send you a gift from our site, without having to know anything else about you. And, if your online buddies and business contacts have signed up, you can do the same for them! To take full advantage of our Bee Friends program, simply login and set your Bee Friends delivery address.
- Reminder Service: Soon we'll even be offering a personalized reminder service and real-time order tracking, so you'll not only know when to send flowers, but also when they've arrived. Becoming a DotFlowers member is quick, easy, and secure ñ it makes shopping for flowers online as smooth as honey!
Updating Your Contact Information
If you have moved or otherwise changed your billing address, it's important to update your account information. Ensuring we have the correct information for you will save you time when ordering and make it simple for us to reach you if there is a problem with your order. To edit your information, simply login and select "Change Billing Address" from the Account Services menu, update your information, and click save. Whenever you are logged in, your information will automatically be placed in the billing portion of the order form.
Your address book can make the checkout process much more efficient, saving you time and decreasing the chance you might forget an important detail like an apartment number or the correct zip code. Simply record your recipients' contact information into your address book from your Account Services menu, and then click "Use Address Book" when adding a product to your shopping bag. Your recipient's address will automatically be placed in the delivery information part of the order form.
Members may login to their Account Services menu and click on "Order History" to review the details of purchases made through our site.
Your password provides you access to our entire range of member services. We suggest you keep your account secure by treating your password as confidential and changing it frequently. Your password can be changed by logging in and selecting "Change Password" from the Account Services menu.
If you have forgotten your password, simply click the "I forgot my password" link on the Login page and enter your registered email address in the box provided. Your password will be emailed to you immediately.
Once you are a registered member of Dot Flowers, joining our Bee Friends program is easy. Simply login and selected "Change Bee Friends Address" from the Account Services menu. Once you have saved your personal delivery information, your friends and family can use your email address to send you flowers and gifts.
